For vitamin deficiency, which doctor should I visit? I have done a full body checkup and some of the vitamins are very low?

Whenever I eat something my mouth stinks. Ever after having mints my breath stinks. It's quite embarrassing. Nowadays I have noticed that after a few hours of brushing and scraping, without eating anything, my mouth starts smelling bad. Please suggest something... It's quite embarrassing.
