DietPlusMinus has created this Website/App/Marketplace to provide Users, the Services which includes, guidance on how to lose weight naturally while improving their fitness; how to integrate fitness into their lifestyles; and to provide the Users access to healthy and nutritious diet plans that will help them naturally lose weight. While our workout and nutrition recommendations consider several factors specific to each individual, including anthropometric data, fitness goals, and lifestyle factors, our recommended workout plans and specific exercises should not be misconstrued as medical advice, prescriptions, or diagnoses. Any change in medical condition/weight/lifestyle should be notified by the Users to us as soon as it occurs.

You may cancel your Member Account at any time within 30 (thirty) days from the date of subscription to the DietPlusMinus Subscription Plan. If you cancel your Member Account or the same is suspended or terminated by Diet Plus Minus within the aforesaid period, we shall refund any license or subscription fees as below:
Please note that the above charges will be adjusted after deducting the Doctor Consultation charge (999/- or $30 (United States Dollars thirty)) and a processing fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty) for India or $20 (United States Dollars twenty) for locations outside India (including Taxes and bank charges, if any). The refund shall be processed in the manner/mode which is used to subscribe to the DietPlusMinus Plan within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation.
If you have purchased a DietPlusMinus one diet chart plan, seven diet chart plan, one-month diet chart plan, you will not be eligible for a refund from DietPlusMinus.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that there shall be no refunds or cancellations entertained or initiated in respect of Product purchases made by Users on the Third Party Platforms.

DietPlusMinus is not responsible for any third-party links in the website or links that redirect to a third-party website. Any actions/transactions done on these third-party websites, without due authorization from DietPlusMinus will not fall under the purview of DietPlusMinus.

Please Note: Collection of payments from Users will be done by a third-party payment gateway on the Marketplace. In the event of any disputed payments being made, DietPlusMinus shall pass on the dispute to the payment gateway provider for resolution. This shall be the extent of our obligations in this regard; Users are requested to specify their billing addresses, a dispute in which will not be covered under the purview of DietPlusMinus.
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. DietPlusMinus assures you complete transaction and personal information privacy and protection from third-party intrusions. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the terms of payment and billing policy mentioned above. We may add new services for additional fees, or amend fees for existing services, at any time at its sole discretion.
