Consequences of smoking
I've been smoking for the last 5 years... And I'm willing to quit smoking but I'm not able to do so...I'm smoking 4-5 cigarettes per day... Sometimes 10 per day for 3 months...But for the 1st 2-3 years I used to smoke just 2-3 cigarettes per day...but now it's increasing and I'm also having some issues with my throat... It hurts in between...please help me.
We all know smoking is injurious to health. Please take an opinion from a psychiatrist if you are willing to quit. These medications are not OTC products. You will not find it without a prescription.
