1. Brown rice, basmati: 40 grams
2. Spinach: 1 cup
3. Peas, green: 30 grams
4. Onion (chopped): 2 tbsp
5. Tomato: 1/2 pc (small sized)
6. Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
7. Garam masala powder- 1/4 tsp
8. Cashews: 5 pcs
9. Ghee: 1 tbsp
10. Salt to taste
1. Pressure cook rice. Meanwhile rinse and blend palak.
2. Heat ghee in a frying pan. At first halve the cashews, fry it and keep aside. Now add chopped onion to it. Cook until tender. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 1 minute. Now add green peas, tomato, salt, and garam masala.
3. Mix well and cook until peas are done. Now add Cashews and cooked rice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with curd or raita.
