Paneer- 75 grams
Cauliflower- 1 cup
Onion, chopped- 2 tbsp
Dry chilly- 1 pc
Biryani masala- 1/2 tsp
Chilli garlic paste- 1 tsp (optional)
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds, and dry chilli. Once they splutter, add onion and garlic and chilli paste and saute them until fragrant.
Then add biryani masala, mix properly and saute for a minute. Throw in the vegetables followed by paneer.
Now, to make this recipe easy and take lesser time, add soaked rice at this point and fry it along with veggies, paneer and spices.
Add water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves and serve hot with curd or raita.
