You can add crushed garlic and green chilly at this stage, if you like. Also add salt. Saute until raw aroma of garlic goes away. Now add 1 tsp biryani masala, if you don't have you can add garam masala powder. Add soaked rice mix well. Saute for a minute. Now add paneer cubes and again saute for 1 minute. Add water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves and serve hot with curd or raita.
