  1. Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise
  • Introduction:It is an isolated exercise to give shape and size to the rear delts. This exercise is best to attain a good posture.
  • Difficulty: Intermediate
  • Equipment: Dumbbell
  • Steps involved:
  1. With dumbbells in both the hand, bend your knees with your feet slightly bowed out. Arch your back above your knees and start with the weights touching in front of your chest.
  2. With elbows bent, raise your arms up to the shoulder level and pausing at the end of the motion.
  3. Slowly move down your arms back to the starting position.
  • Do’s:
  1. Perform the movement in a controlled manner with almost zero momentum.
  2. Try to make the mind-muscle connection.
  3. (Tip: you can apply pain relief spray like Volini to increase the blood flow in that area to get a better pump. This will increase the supply of nutrients in that area and will result in enhanced performance and better results).
  • Don’ts:
  1. Do not swing your arms during the movement.
  2. Do not continue the exercise further if you feel any kind of a pain in joints.
