Introduction:
One of the best exercises for your rear delts and traps. It is one of the most effective ways to get rid of the rounded shoulders.

Steps involved:
Face towards pulley, pull the weight towards yourself while keeping your arms parallel to the ground.
Pull your hands till both sides of your ears and hold the position for a second.
Slowly return the weight back to the initial position. Repeat.
Do’s:
Get yourself a suitable grip so that while performing the exercise you can focus maximum on your rear delts and traps.
Try to make maximum mind muscles connection.
Do the reps in a controlled manner.
Don’ts:
Don’t keep the tempo fast.
Keep your ego aside and focus more mind-muscle connection rather going heavy.
