  • Introduction:One of the best exercises for your rear delts and traps. It is one of the most effective ways to get rid of the rounded shoulders.
  • Difficulty: Intermediate
  • Equipment: Machine
  • Steps involved:
  1. Face towards pulley, pull the weight towards yourself while keeping your arms parallel to the ground.
  2. Pull your hands till both sides of your ears and hold the position for a second.
  3. Slowly return the weight back to the initial position. Repeat.
  • Do’s:
  1. Get yourself a suitable grip so that while performing the exercise you can focus maximum on your rear delts and traps.
  2. Try to make maximum mind muscles connection.
  3. Do the reps in a controlled manner.
  • Don’ts:
  1. Don’t keep the tempo fast.
  2. Keep your ego aside and focus more mind-muscle connection rather going heavy.
