Are there any side effects of using steamer?
I have been advised to take steam regularly twice a day to avoid throat ear and nose problems. Does inhaling too much steam on a regular basis can cause pneumonia in lungs ?
If you are doing it with clean water, it is not harmful. Make sure to clean before every use. Do not use any left water in the previous session.
