What after Covid-19 recovery?
I have taken vit C, zinc etc for 15 days after detection of covid 19 virus. Please suggest, if there is a requirement of any medicine, test or nebulization. Have taken vit C, zinc etc for 15 days. I am feeling only weakness.
Normally, there are no special things you have to do after recovery from covid-19 except a high protein diet and mild exercise.
