Ingredients for Corn Chaat Bowl
- Sweet corn, yellow, boiled: ½ cup
- Onion: 1 tbsp, chopped
- Tomato: 1 thin/small slic, finely chopped
- Black pepper (ground): ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Salt: as per requirement
Instructions for Corn Chaat Bowl
- Place boiled sweet corn in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped onion and finely chopped tomato to the corn.
- Sprinkle ground black pepper and salt to taste.
- Pour lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything gently until well combined.
- Adjust seasoning (salt, pepper or extra lemon) to your preference.
- Serve immediately — enjoy warm or chilled.
