1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, and salt.
2. Add paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat all the pieces evenly.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Heat a frying pan and pour oil over it
5. Skewer the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion pieces.
6. Fry until lightly charred on all sides.
7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
