Instructions for Masala Puffed Rice:
1. Dry roast puffed rice and allow it to cool completely.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds to it. Once it splutters add halved cashews to it. Roast until cashews are half done.
3. Now add crushed garlic and curry leaves to it and saute until aromatic.
4. Remove from heat and add turmeric powder, chilly powder, and salt to it and mix well. Now add roasted puffed rice and mix until well coated.
